“Kitchen design is based on questions affected by simple, concrete factors that are however extraordinarily important because they are amplified by continual repetition, day after day. While organising a kitchen is basically a question of common sense, the best design project is invisible to the eye, yet tangible in its intelligence with every gesture, every time we cook, at whatever level, whether humble or sublime”. Antonio Citterio, Architect.

Lignum Et Lapis

Lignum Et Lapis

In 2008 Antonio Citterio and Arclinea presented LIGNUM ET LAPIS. The main materials being stone and wood, materials used exclusively for design and project creativity.  Advanced technology has allowed for the production of islands, worktops and workbenches in stone: true physical industrial sculptures. The unusual door enhances the fineness of natural wood with its exclusive stave design in variable widths. It is available in larch, mahogany, nordic oak and all the lacquer colours from the Arclinea Collection.

Principia

Principia

Eurocucina 2016 exhibits the new Arclinea concept kitchen by Antonio Citterio PRINCIPIA. PRINCIPIA teams a grained wood in a “rough” finish with stainless steel in the innovative colours generated with the PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) technological process. Natural materials, innovative production and artisan detailing combine and the resulting new units, freestanding dressers and dedicated storage units are then developed internally to become true work zones.

Spatia

Spatia

Introduced in 2010, SPACIA by Antonio Citterio shows the kitchen as increasingly the heart of the home. A project for creating kitchens large or small, that increases space in small and studio apartments by enabling cooking, washing, ironing and storage functions to be hidden when not needed. A project that takes on board the evolving needs of the kitchen zone and brings a new angle to interiors, pushing living horizons to conceal its functions.

Vanity

Vanity

Vanity is the outcome of the design flexibility and wide ranging combinations of the GAMMA kitchen. It is the natural progression of the design and technology derived from an Arclinea kitchen and transformed into a series of storage units, suspended base units and accessories for the bathroom. Available in all the finishes in the Arclinea Collection, Vanity is ideal not only as the elegant rational solution to the bathroom-space storage problem, but also for dedicated projects in order to achieve a unified look.
