Glass Shelves #1 (1976)

This collection features a wide variety of furniture pieces, including bookcases, desks, benches, and sofas. All of the pieces are made of thermo-welded, laminated, transparent extra light glass. Solid natural ash or dark brown oak pieces are placed at the outer edges of their supporting sides to complement these pieces. A monochromatic version of the collection is offered in a variety of transparent glass finishes, including extra light, clear grey, dark grey, lilac, and sienna red.There's also another version in transparent glass that comes in two colours. Option B combines lilac at the back with extra light sides and top/seat, while Option A has sienna red at the back and clear grey on the sides and top/seat. The monochromatic version of the benches is the only one available. A 12 mm thick felt cushion, available in mélange grey or black, is included with the seats. In addition, the bookcase and desks feature cable outlets for added functionality. The tops of the desks are panelled in either natural ash wood or dark brown oak.
