The 6+6 mm extra light glass on these square and rectangular high tables is laminated. Their bases are made of thick stainless-steel plates polished to a mirror finish, with coloured transparent glass volumes bonded at a 45-degree angle to produce a fading effect on top. Versions with descending or ascending gradations, such as orange or grey tones, or a multi-chromatic effect, wherein various coloured sides blend together when they overlap with the transparency of the glass, are also available. An intricate system of interlocking mirror-polished stainless-steel elements fixed to glass holds the top to the base together.
